Spanning from his humble beginnings as a provocative public access host through 9/11, Sandy Hook, Donald Trump, and his eventual banning from all of social media, the series showcases Alex's personal life unraveling as the harmful impact of his show is evident on his now ex-wife and children. The perspectives of different fans and detractors who are pushed to dark dangerous places because of Alex’s conspiracy theories will also be a key focus. Begging the question, are individuals responsible if their words lead to violence?
